摘要
随着公路养护机制改革的深入,公路干部用人机制的改革势在必行。以忻州公路分局在公路干部选用机制中的探索为例,对公路干部人事制度改革进行了积极的思考与探索。
Along with the deepening of the reform of the highway maintenance mechanism, the reform of the carder employing mechanism in the highway administration must be enforced. Taking the exploration of the carder selecting mechanism of the Xinzhou Highway Administrative Branch as the example, this paper makes active considerations and explorations of the reform of the carder selecting mechanism in the highway administration.
