摘要
研究了国际失效专利的成因,阐述了我国企业利用国际失效专利的必要性,并分析了在利用国际失效专利过程中应注意的问题。
This paper analyzes on the causes of the foreign invalid patents, describes the necessity of Chinese enterprises＇ utilizing the foreign invalid patents, and analyzes on the issues which should be paid attention in utilizing the foreign invalid patents.
