The Reengineering of the Enterprise and the Lifting of the Core Competitive Power

中国加入WTO后,许多企业为了与国外大公司相抗衡,开始进行或准备实施业务流程再造,目的是提高整个流程的效率,更好地满足顾客的需要,在新的环境中获取新的竞争优势。论述了企业再造与核心竞争力之间的关系,以及如何通过企业再造提升企业核心竞争力。

After WTO entry of China, in order to contend with the foreign large companies, many Chinese enterprises begin to conduct or prepare for carrying out the work flow reengineering for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the whole process, satisfying the requirements well of the customers, and obtaining the new competitive superiorities in the new environment. This paper discusses on the relation between the reengineering of the enterprise and the core competitive power, and puts forward some measures for lifting the core competitive power of the enterprise through the reengineering of the enterprise.
