摘要
通过对企业创新人才流失的现状以及企业创新人才流失原因的分析,提出了解决企业创新人才流失的对策。
Through analyzing on the present situation and causes of enterprise＇s innovative talents outflow, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for solving the problem of enterprise＇ s innovative talents outflow.
