This paper expounds the concept of ERP and its important functions in the management of the enterprise, in the light of some problems existing in the current salary management of the enterprise, designs the personal performance management system by using VB ＋ SQL Server 2000, focusing on the introduction of the system＇s design thought, system function, system structure, database design, system maintenance, and system evaluation, etc.
