构筑适宜的“交际场”,可缩短交际双方的心理距离。探讨了构筑“交际场”在图书馆读者服务工作中的重要作用及具体应用。
Structuring the suitable “communication place” can narrow the psychological gap between the two sides of the communication. This paper probes into the important functions of structuring the “ommunication place”in library's service for readers and its concrete application.
