Discussion on the Rights and Duties of the Readers of the Public Library

对图书馆读者的权利与义务问题进行了深入的探讨,指出图书馆应确立以读者为中心的服务宗旨,在给读者规定各种义务的同时,要保障他们的合法权利。

This paper probes into the problem of the rights and duties of the readers of the library, and points out that the library should establish its service purpose of regarding the readers as the center, and at the same time of defining various duties for the readers should guarantee their legal rights.
