Considerations about Speeding up the Construction of an All-round Well-off Society in Less-developed Regions

从加速农村劳动力转移、加快农业产业化进程、加大农村基础设施建设支持力度、创新农村经营体制模式等4个方面,对欠发达地区发展农村经济,增加农民收入,加快全面建设小康社会进程进行了思考与探讨。

From four aspects of accelerating the transfer of the rural labor, quickening the progress of the agricultural industrialization, increasing the support for the construction of the rural infrastructure, and innovating the rural operating system and mode, etc., this paper considers about and probes into developing the rural economy, increasing the income of the peasants, and speeding up the construction of an all-round well-off society in the less-developed regions.
