首先,从基于供应链管理在软件企业中的运用的角度进行分析,得出了可以使用供应链管理办法对软件企业进行改进提高的结论。其次,分析了国内国外软件企业之间的差距,对所描述的差距进行分析和讨论,并得出提高软件企业的竞争力,可以通过实施供应链管理的方法来实现。最后,描述国内软件企业应该遵循的基本供应链管理准则。

Firstly, from the view of applying supply chain management in software corporation, the Supply Chain Management and the software corporation＇s logistics and the relationship between them are analyzed. Secondly, the difference between internal corporation and overseas corporation is analyzed. The paper considers that we should bring the Supply Chain Management into effect to enhance the competitive ability.
