摘要现代物流业通过促进地区经济一体化,改变企业组织形态和流程再造以及自身的集聚对工业企业的集聚产生影响。探讨了建立现代物流业促进产业集聚时必须注意避免缺乏产业基础、资产专用性以及第三方物流的企业边界问题。 Modern logistics may facilitate such agglomerations through regional integration, BPR and the agglomeration of itself. Modern logistics must support local industries and try to avoid such problems as assets specificity and boundary of 3rd party logistics.
