摘要
柠檬酸是一种重要的有机酸,主要通过发酵法生产。综述了几种主要的从发酵液中提取柠檬酸的方法——钙盐法、离子交换吸附法、溶剂萃取法和膜分离法的原理、优缺点及研究进展。
Citric acid is an important organic acid and mainly produced by fermentation method. This article is a review on the primary separation methods of citric acid from fermentation broth, which mainly introduces the principle, relative merits and research of precipitation with lime method, solvent extraction method, ionic exchange and film separation.
