摘要
在目前实验室常用的粉尘比电阻测试方法─平板(圆盘)电极法的基础上,研制了粉尘比电阻微机数据采集系统。该系统可对高压测试过程中的电压、电流、温度进行实时采集,以实时趋势曲线(Y-T)等方式显示,具有自动找极值功能(即击穿点对应的电压、电流)。与人工测试相比,具有操作快捷、准确、可靠、直观等特点。
Parallel round plate method, the traditional measuring method on specific electric resistance of dust has been briefly introduced in this paper. On the basis of the traditional measuring method, a computer data acquisition system has been developed, by the values of voltage, electron current and temperature can be real - time acquisited within the high voltage measuring process, and the real - time tendency curve (Y-T) can be shown. The extremum (the puncture voltage and the puncture current) can be searched automatically. This new measuring method has the characteristics of quick operation, high accuracy, reliability and visual indication etc.
