肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤的影像诊断

Imaging diagnosis of renal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

目的:探讨IVP、CT及MRI对肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析17例经病理证实的肾。NHL的IVP、CT及MRI表现。结果:两侧肾脏多发结节9例,单侧多结节2例,单侧单结节2例,肾实质弥漫增大2例,肾周肿块2例。结论:肾NHL的影像表现可分为两侧多发性结节型、单侧多发结节型、单侧单发结节型、弥漫增大型和肾周型。CT及MRI能很好显示NHL肾脏浸润,有助于正确及时地进行NHL临床分期。

Objective： To evaluate IVP, CT and MRI in diagnosing renal non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）, Materials and Methods： IVP, CT and MRI findings in 17 cases with pathologically-proved renal NHL were analyzed retrospectively. Resuits： Nine cases of multiple masses in bilateral kidneys, two cases multiple masses and two cases single mass in single kidney, two cases diffusely enlarged kidney and two cases pcrircnal mass were detected. Conclusion： Renal lymphoma could be divided into multiple mass type in bilateral kidneys, multiple mass type in single kidney, single mass type in single kidney, diffusely enlarged type and pcrirenal mass type. CT and MRI can clearly demonstrate the renal involvement of NHL, which is helpful for clinical staging.
