膀胱脐尿管腺癌8例CT分析

CT appearances of urachal carcinoma in eight cases

目的:探讨膀胱脐尿管腺癌的CT表现。材料和方法:回顾性总结8例病理确诊的膀胱脐尿管腺癌的CT资料,就其CT的表现特性进行分析。结果:所有病例病灶都位于近中线处的顶壁或前壁,囊性、囊实性或实性,1例有钙化,增强时有明显强化。结论:膀胱脐尿管腺癌在CT上有一定的特点,可作为本病首选检查方法。

Objective： To investigate CT appearance of carcinoma correlated with the pathologic findings in 8 cases urachal carcinoma. Materials and Methods： CT data of urachal were summarized retrospectively. Results： All cases had a characteristic location along the midline course of the urachus directly behind the anterior abdominal wall or hanging wall. Tumors were solid, cystic or mixed type, one tumor contained calcification, and enhanced obviously. Conclusion： CT appearance of urachal carcinoma has characteristic feature and CT scanning will be the first choice of examination.
