摘要
目的:检测Ⅷ因子相关抗原(FⅧR:Ag)在宫颈癌介入治疗前后的表达,以探讨介入治疗对宫颈癌微血管密度的影响。方法:术前行子宫动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌标本16例为实验组,术前未行子宫动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌标本14例为对照组,应用免疫组化法检测FⅧR:Ag在不同组织中的表达。结果:FⅧR:Ag表达于术前行或未行子宫动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌组织的微血管内皮细胞浆中,肿瘤微血管密度在行子宫动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌组织的表达较未行子宫动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌组织中表达减少,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗可以降低宫颈癌组织血管生成,抑制宫颈癌的生长和转移。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of interventional treatment on microvascular density of cervical carcinoma by detection the expression of FⅧR:Ag on cervical carcinoma. Methods: Sixteen cases of cervical carcinoma which received chemotherapy embolism before hysterectomy were studied as test group. Fourteen cases of cervical carcinoma with hysterectomy only were studied as control group. Immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of FⅧR:Ag on different tissues. Results: FⅧR:Ag expressed in cytoplasm of microvascular endothelia of cervical carcinoma before and after interventional treatment. Expression of FⅧR:Ag decreased rcmarkably in cervical carcinoma which received chemotherapy embolism compared with cervical carcinoma which had hysterectomy only(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Interventional treatment can decrease the angiogenesis of cervical carcinoma and suppress the growth and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
