乳腺增生病的综合治疗

Combined treatment of hyperplastic disease of the breast

目的:探讨对乳腺增生更为合理有效的治疗方法。方法:总结1999年1月￣2004年1月在我院门诊治疗的乳腺增生患者268例,分别采用中医疗法(口服中草药)及综合疗法(中西医结合并配合心理治疗),比较其疗效。结果:中医组总有效率为88.7%,复发率13.2%;综合治疗组总有效率为97.8%,复发率7.9%。两组间总有效率和复发率均存在显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗乳腺增生疗效更满意。

Objective：To approach an effective method to treat hyperplastic disease of the breast.Methods：Two hundred and sixty eight patients with hyperplastic disease of the breast,from 1999 Jan to 2004 Jan,in the outpatients department were collected and divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated with only traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.The patients in experiment group were treated with combination of TCM with western medicine and psychotherapy.Results：The effective rates of the control group and the experimental group were 88.7% and 97.8% respectively.The recurrence rates of the two groups were 13.2% and 7.9%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of the combination of TCM with western medicine and psychotherapy is much better than that of the control group.
