摘要
目的:检测氟暴露工人血浆抗热休克蛋白70(HSP70)抗体表达情况,探讨其与氟暴露应激反应的关系。方法:选择某铝厂氟暴露工人和非氟暴露工人各22人,用氟离子选择电极法测定血清氟、尿氟离子浓度,用Western-ELISA方法检测血浆抗HSP70抗体阳性率。结果:氟暴露组工人血清氟、尿氟离子浓度明显高于非暴露组(P<0.01);血浆HSP70抗体阳性率比较,氟暴露组抗HSP70抗体阳性率明显高于非暴露组(P<0.01)。结论:氟暴露环境下工人抗HSP70抗体阳性率明显增加,可能与氟暴露环境的应激保护反应有关。
Objective: To examine the levels of plasma antibodies to heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and evaluate their role in the environmental progression of the workers exposed to the fluorides. Methods: The concentrations of fluoride (Fluorine (—)) in plasma and urine samples were analysed by the ion selective electrode, Western-ELISA method was used to examine the plasma levels of anti-HSP70 antibodies in 22 exposed workers and 22 unexposed workers to the fluorides. Results: Compared to the 22 workers unexposed to the fluorides, the concentrations of fluorine-in plasma and urine samples were significantly higher,and the levels of anti-HSP70 antibodies were a significantly increased in 22 exposed workers, Conclusion: The increase of anti-HSP70 antibodies may be involved the protection of stress respone in humans exposed to the fluorides.
