摘要
目的:探讨吲哚美辛凝胶的制备及质量控制标准。方法以卡波姆为辅料制备吲哚美辛凝胶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定凝胶中吲哚美辛的含量。结果:处方设计合理,制备方法简便;平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.79%。结论:该制剂制备方法简单,质量可控。
Objective:To study the preparation process and quality control method of indomethaein gel. Methods:Carpol934 was used as base to prepare indomethacin gel ;The content of indomethacin in the gel was determined by UV-spectrophotometry . Results: The average recovery was 99, 68% with the relative standard deviation of 0.79%. Conlusion : The preparation process of indomethacin gel is simple and feasible and it's quality is controllable.
