广州市医院信息化建设的综合评价

Synthetic Evaluation of Hospital Information System Construction in Guangzhou

目的:了解广州市医院信息系统建设现状。方法:通过对广州市32家医院信息系统建设进行问卷调查,应用综合评分法对广州市医院信息化建设进行评价。结果:广州市医院信息化建设一般级别以上的占79%,总体水平一般。结论:广州市医院信息系统建设已有一定的规模,但分布还不均匀,大多数医院还处于一般水平,建议进一步加强和规范医院管理信息系统各子系统的建设,同时加强高层管理者的信息化建设意识,全面实现医院的信息化管理。

Objective ：In order to understand the present situation of the hospital information systems construction in Guangzhou. Methods： Investigating of 32 HIS hospitals ,analyzed the problems with Ratio Analysis and Principal Component Analysis. Result： construction in guangzhou is 79 percent, Totality level hospital information systems construction in Guangzhou General scale of hospital information systems is general. Conclusions： It have definite scale to , but disrtibution is not well-distribnted; Level of many hospital is general, Suggest go step further strengthen and standard the construction of subsystem in hospital information service systems ;and strengthen the information consciousness of the leader,Overall realize management of hospital information systems.
