摘要
目的根据面部老年性改变的解剖学特征,改良现有的除皱方法,提高手术效果.方法采用下睑缘切口、额部冠状切口、颞部切口、耳前/耳后切口以及口腔颊龈沟切口,分别在皮下、SMAS下及骨膜下各层次分离,并结合爱贝芙注射治疗遗留的皱纹.结果本组15例患者,经3～24个月的随访,效果均较满意.除1例患者右颞部血肿经理疗完后全恢复外,无其他并发症发生.结论多切口、多层次并结合爱贝芙注射的综合除皱技术,效果确实、可靠、安全、持久,是一种较理想的面部老年性改变的治疗方法.
Objective To modify the current technique of rhytidectomy in consideration of the anatomical alteration of aging face, therefore to obtain a better postoperative result. Methods Ante/post - auricular incisions, frontal and temporal incision, inferior eyelids incisions and gingival crevice incisons were applied respectively according to preoperative designs, and dissections were performed subcutaneously, Subperiosteumly or under SMAS. During the surgical procedure, Artecoll were injected in order to eliminate remained creases. Results All 15 patients were followed up for 3 - 24 months, the results were satisfactory without complication except one case with haematoma. Conclusion Rhytidectomy combining with attecoll injection in multiple planes and spots is a safe, effective technique of treating the aging face. It takes very little time for the doctor to operate and for the patients to tolerate, and shows durable results.
