颅内外血管吻合术在脑血管疾病中的应用

摘要 颅内外血管吻合术首先于20世纪60年代提出。虽然1985年国际颅外/颅内旁路术研究否定了颅内外血管吻合术在治疗颅内动脉粥样硬化性疾病方面的作用,但近年来仍有很多学者热衷于这种血管吻合术,并将其广泛应用于脑血管病的治疗。文章综述了这一技术在适应证和术式等方面的新进展。 Extracranial-intracranial vascular anastomosis was first described in 1960s. Although the EC/IC Bypass Study Group denied the application of extracranial-intracranial vascular anastomosis in the treatment of intracranial atherosclerotic diseases in 1985, many experts are still keen on this technique in recent years, They have treated cerebrovascular diseases with the technique extensively, The article revieves the recent progress of the technique in indications and operation modes.
