摘要 单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP1)是趋化因子CC类亚家族成员之一,可趋化和激活单核细胞、T淋巴细胞等免疫细胞,促进多种细胞因子和炎症介质分泌,参与脑缺血再灌注损伤、创伤性脑损伤、实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎、AIDS脑病和中枢神经系统肿瘤等疾病的病理生理学过程。深入研究MCP1在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用机制,有可能为这些疾病的治疗找到一条新的途径。 Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) is one of CC chemokines. It can attract and activate immune cells, such as monocytes and T lymphocytes, promote the secretion of cytokines and inflammation mediators, participate in some pathology processes of the diseases, including cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, traumatic brain injury, exeperimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, AIDS encephalopathy and central nervous system (CNS) tumors. To furthur study the mechanism of MCP-1 in CNS diseases may find a new way for the treatment of these diseases.
