摘要
机车车轮轮毂在机车高速运行中容易产生疲劳裂纹,准确的测定裂纹对机车安全运行至关重要,文中提出基于小波变换的轮毂表面裂纹电涡流检测系统;小波分解重构方法应用于检测信号的去噪和滤除干扰,其效果优于传统的电涡流检测信号处理方法,利用此方法可以准确快速的测定轮毂表面裂纹,分辨率可以达到1μm。
Estimating fatigue crack occurred in train running is significant for train safe running. A system based on wavelet transform testing surface crack of hub by eddy current testing is presented. The method of wavelet decomposition and reconstruction is applied to analyse testing signals. Its result is better than conventional processing-method of testing signals. The quick and accurate testing crack can be achieved by using this method . And resolving rate can be up to 1μm.
