摘要
针对目前我国磁电机产品在线检测设备的落后现状,采用现代微机检测与控制技术开发了一种新型的摩托车磁电机在线微机检测系统;该系统采用独特的设计方法,提高了检测对象的装夹速度和灵活方便性,采用特别的信号处理和算法显著提高了摩托车磁电机点火提前角的数字化检测精度;应用结果表明,该检测系统运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
a new type of on-line test system for motorcycle magnet generator is developed using microcomputer measurement and control technology. The facility and efficiency of operation have been improved due to the special design of mechanism. The precision of ignition angle is increased by using a special signal processing algorithms. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
