HLA-DR抗原在人胃肠道黏膜淋巴滤泡周围上皮的表达

Expression of HLA-DR Antigens on Epithelium Associated with Lymphoid Follicle in the Human Gastrointestinal Tract

目的观察人胃、回肠末端、结肠黏膜淋巴滤泡周围上皮细胞人白细胞-DR抗原的表达。方法应用卵白素生物素复合物免疫组化法。结果人胃、回肠末端、结肠黏膜紧邻淋巴滤泡周围上皮均可表达人白细胞-DR抗原,人白细胞-DR的表达与上皮细胞距淋巴滤泡的距离密切相关,淋巴滤泡周围上皮人白细胞-DR抗原的表达范围存在差异。结论胃肠道黏膜上皮表达人白细胞-DR抗原可能是邻近淋巴组织诱导的结果。

Objective Mucosas from human stomach, terminal ileum and colon were studied for epithelial HI.A-DR expression. Methods ABC immunohis to chemical staining was ueed for the detection of HLA-DR. Results Epithelium adjacent to lymphoid follicle expressed HLA-DR. The relationship between expression and proximity to lymphoid follicle is remarkably precise. The range of epithelial HLA-DR expression is variable. Conclusion Expression of HI.A-DR by human gastrointestinal epithelium appears to be an effect of adjacent lymphocytes.
