美的侧貌正常儿童Burstone分析法研究

Burstone analysis method study on children with beautiful profile normal occlusion

目的建立长春市正常美的侧貌人群颅颌面软组织常用指标的参考值,并探讨不同性别的软组织侧貌形态结构特征,以指导正畸临床创造富于个性美的侧貌。方法从104例正常样本中,按照陈氏唇型分类法中的Ⅱ型、Ⅲ1型及Ⅲ2型“唇型标准”筛选出美的侧貌人群(男12例,女18例)进行Burstone头影测量分析。结果得出Burstone分析法正常值标准。结论男女颅颌面形态结构特征虽然很相近,但仍存在一定的差异。了解正常美的侧貌人群颅颌面发育特征,有助于诊断和矫治计划的制定。

Objective It is to establish the reference values of general all purpose index of soft-tissue profile in Changchun population with beautiful profile normal occlusion, and to discuss the form and structure characteristic of different sex soft-tissue profile in order to guide rectify malformation clinic to create esthetic profile with individual character. Methods According to the lip type standard of type Ⅱ , type Ⅲ1 and type Ⅲ2 in Chen＇s lip type classification, 12 males and 18 females with beautiful profile were selected form 104 teenagers with normal occlusion to be conducted Burstone cephalometric analysis. Results The normal value criterion of Burstone cephalometric analysis method was established. Conclusion Although both male and female sexes have similar form and structure characteristic, there still exists some differences. To understand the developmental characteristic of the region in population with beautiful profile normal occlusion is conduced to confirm diagnosis and treatment planning.
