摘要
建筑工程造价控制必须实行全过程的动态管理。针对建设过程中各阶段的不同特点,分析了影响工程造价的关键环节,提出了可采取的控制措施,以达到有效控制工程成本的目的。
Dynamic management must be applied in pricing construction project during the whole process. Aiming at different characteristics in each stage of construction, control measures were put forward to control the cost of construction project effectively.
