非甲—戊型病毒性肝炎72例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 72 patients cases with non A-E viral hepatitis

目的探讨非甲—戊型病毒性肝炎的临床特点。方法对72例非甲—戊型病毒性肝炎各型病人临床表现、肝功能变化及乙型肝炎病毒标记物检测结果进行分析。结果非甲—戊型病毒性肝炎其临床症状、体征及肝功能变化与一般肝炎基本相同。乙型肝炎病毒标记物:抗-HBs(-)、抗-HBe(-)、抗-HBc(-)的病例占75.0%,抗-HBs(+)、抗-HBe(-)、抗-HBc(-)的病例占12.5%,抗-HBs(+)、抗-HBe(+)、抗-HBc(+)的病例占5.6%,抗-HBs(+)、抗-HBe(+)、抗-HBc(-)的病例占2.8%,抗-HBs(-)、抗-HBe(+)、抗-HBc(+)的病例占2.8%,抗-HBs(-)、抗-HBe(+)、抗-BHc(-)的病例占1.4%。结论非甲—戊型病毒性肝炎临床特点与普通肝炎无明显差别,但病程稍长,预后较好。少部分病人不排除HBV变异的可能性。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of non A - E viral hepatitis. Methods To analyze clinical symptoms,liver functions and markers in hepatitis B virus in 72 with non A - E viral hepatitis. Results The clinical symptoms,physical signs and liver functions were almost same between hepatitis non A - E and common hepatitis. The markers as follow：75.0% in cases with anti - HBs（ - ） ,anti - HBe（ - ） and anti - HBe（ - ） ;12. 5% in cases with anti - HBs（ ＋ ） ,anti - HBe（ - ） and anti - HBe（ - ） ;5.6% in cases with anti -HBs（ ＋ ） ,anti -HBe（ ＋ ）and anti -HBc（ ＋ ） ;2.8% in cases with anti - HBs（ ＋ ） ,anti -HBe（ ＋ ）and anti -HBc （ - ） ;2. 8% in cases with anti - HBs（ - ） ,anti - HBe（ ＋ ）and anti - HBc（ ＋ ） ;1.4% in cases with anti - HBs（ - ） ,anti - HBe（ ＋ ） and anti - HBe（ - ）. Conclusion There is no obvious differences of the clinical characteristics between hepatitis non A - E and common hepatitis. However, clinical course is longer and prognosis is better in hepatitis non A - E. Furthermore,it could not be ruled out the possibility of HBV mutation in a few patients.
