摘要
斯达芬宁1m l/kg,0.5m l/kg用于急性损伤家兔(冲击挫伤模型),能缓解损伤家兔的疼痛,减少损伤局部中性白细胞数,主要参与机体应激反应和炎症调节。为了研究斯达芬宁在镇痛上作用和机制,我们观察了斯达芬宁对小鼠热痛反应的影响和扭体反应的影响,发现斯达芬宁2.5m l/kg、1.25m l/kg体重给小鼠外用,能明显提高小鼠痛阈(热板法),明显抑制小鼠醋酸所致扭体反应,有一定的镇痛效应。
Statphenin 1ml · kg-1,0.5ml.·kg used for the acute injured rabbits (impact-contunding model )can relieve the pain of rabbits and decrease the impairment of regional neutrophil leukocyte. Statphenin chiefly participates physical stress reaction and inflammation accommodation. To study the effect and mechanism of statphenin on analgesia ,we re viewed the effect of thermalgia response and writhing response on mice,and discovered Statphenin 2.5ml · kg^-1,1.25ml ·kg^-1 external use on mice could evevate the pain threshold (hot plate method) and inhibit writhing response according to acetic acid on mice obviously,therefore Statphenin has invariably analgetic effect.
