绿色企业文化是企业文化发展的一个新阶段。建设绿色企业文化,有利于增强企业员工的凝聚力,树立良好的企业形象,提高企业竞争力。企业可通过确定具有环保意识的企业目标,建立完善的环境管理制度,塑造良好的绿色形象,打造良好的品牌经济等手段,从企业自身内部和对外展示两个方面来营造绿色企业文化,以便获取并保持竞争优势,促进自身的可持续发展。
Green corporate culture is a new phase of corporate culture. It can enhance the cohesiveness of the corporate,build up favorable corporate identity and improve the competitive power of the corporate. The corporate can build green corporate culture from interior and exterior,aspects for example, ascertaining an corporate aim for environmental protection,establishing flawless environmental protection system,shaping favorable green corporate identity and so on. Thus the corporate will obtain and keep competitive advantage.
