Exploratory study of the leadership capability of a modern enterprise leader

现代企业领导者的领导力关乎企业在日益竞争激烈的市场经济中的生存和发展;领导力最核心的是领导者的影响力,包括科学的决策力、源源不断的创新力、知人善用的能力、朴实的亲和力和坚强的毅力;认为领导力是可以通过学习的培养的,主要是领导者要培养自身修养观念、树立不断学习、注重团队工作和给予员工价值实现的观念。

The leadership capability on the part of the leader of a modern enterprise exerts direct bearing upon the ability of the enterprise to survive and develop in the fiercely competitive market economy. The core of leadership capability is the sphere of influence on the part of the leader including ability to take decisions scientifically, engage in constant innovation, ability to manage and use people, and ability to bring people together and unswerving perseverance. The paper believes that the leadership capability can be fostered through learning. With key lies in that the leader should cultivate in himself the values of self-discipline, continuing learning, teamwork and self-fulfillment.
