螺旋CT尿路造影对输尿管病变的诊断价值 被引量:32

摘要 目的评价螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)对输尿管疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾分析60例输尿管疾病患者的CTU三维图像表现,并与手术病理对照。结果CTU图像质量很好、好、差分别占58.3%、38.3%、3.3%。单纯轴位像与轴位像结合CTU对各种输尿管疾病的定性诊断符合率分别为76.7%和95%(χ2=10.38,P<0.01)。结论应用CTU作为辅助诊断手段,可得到比单纯轴位像更多的诊断信息,并对输尿管病变作出准确的定位、定性诊断。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT urography (CTU) in ureteral diseases. Methods Three-dimensional images of CTU in sixty cases of ureteral diseases were studied retrospectively and the findings were compared with the surgical and pathological results. Results The reconstructed images' quality was graded as excellent (58.3%) or good (38.3%), whereas poor opacification of ureter led to poor image quality in 3.3% of cases. In the evaluation of ureteral diseases, reconstructed images of CTU combined with transverse CT scans were more accurate than transverse CT scans. Conclusion As a supplemental method, CTU is helpful in making accurate diagnosis for the location, nature of the lesion and provide more diagnostic information.
