含有机硅共聚物水凝胶合成及其透氧性能研究

摘要 采用本体聚合法,以HEMA和NVP为单体,以Bis作为交联剂,用AIBN作为引发剂,加入有机硅(KH570)合成高透氧性的PVP共聚水凝胶接触透镜材料,研究了单体配比和温度等各因素与PVP共聚水凝胶接触透镜材料的透氧性能的关系.实验表明,共聚物水凝胶角膜接触镜材料的Dk/L值,随NVP的含量增加而增大;随KH570的增加而减小,当KH570用量为8%时,透氧率达到最大值45cm3/(cm2.s.mmHg);随渗透温度升高而增大;随膜厚度增大而减小. In this paper, by noumenon polymerization method, PVP copolymer hydrogel is made using HEMA and NVP as monomers, N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide(Bis) as cmsslinker and azobis iso butyro nitrile(AIBN)as initiator. The oxygen transmissibility of PVP copolymer hydrogel is analysized. It is found that oxygen transmissibility increases with the increase of NVP in the copolymer hydrogel, and decreases with the increase of KH570 in the copolymer hydrogel. Dk/L amounts to the maximum 45cm^3/(cm^2·s· mmHg)when the content of KH570 is 8% ;it increases increase of the membrane's thickness. with the increase of temperature, and decreases with the
