轻型车用柴油机直喷燃烧系统的研究

Investigation on Combustion System of D.I. Diesel Engine for Light Duty Vehicle

本文论述了轻型车用柴油机直喷燃烧系统及工作过程组织的特点,分析了小缸径高速柴油机直喷时遇到的问题,介绍了采用节流轴针式喷油器及双喷油器的小缸径高速柴油机直喷燃烧系统的有关研究结果。实验证明,通过工作过程的有效组织,采用这种燃烧系统的柴油机性能可达到与采用传统直喷燃烧系统的柴油机性能基本相当的水平。

In this paper, the feature of the D.I. combustion system and working process of diesel engine for light duty vehicle are discussed. The difficulties in practising direct injection in small bore high speed diesel engine are analyzed. The study on the D.I. combustion system of small bore high speed diesel engine using throttled pintle injector and double pintle injectors is also introduced. Experiments indicate that with optimizing working process, D.I. combustion system using pinde injector has basically the same perfermance as the traditional D.I. combustion system.
