超薄白色罩面(UTW)脱空应力分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用ANSYS软件对UTW路面结构的脱空进行了分析,探讨了板底未脱空时板受力特性及板分别出现不同程度的纵缝边缘脱空、横缝边缘脱空和板角脱空情况下的混凝土板受力特性,并结合直道疲劳试验的应变观测及芯样观测结果对有限元分析的结论进行验证,指出在设计及施工时应采取措施切实保证UTW层间粘结,保证UTW在荷载下不过早破坏。 In order to analyse the faulting phenomena in ultra-thin whitetopping, ANSYS is utilized in the structural calculation. The mechanical properties of the panels were discussed in cases without faulting, as well as with faulting to different extents at three different locations, including the edge along the longitudinal joint, the edge along the transversal joint, and the corner. The results of finite element analysis were verified through the strains distribution and variation from the accelerated loading fatigue test and the cores drilled from the tested section. It was pointed out that measures should be taken to ensure good adhesion between the UTW and the asphalt layer during both designing and construction so that early failure would not take place in the UTW pavement.
