The authors analyze the problems of urban sewage treatment in cities along Xiang River, discuss the advantages of BOT pattern in the urban water treatment industry and find this pattern is a long-term and stable investment, and explore the feasibility in the watershed of Xiang River. Finally, the authors suggest BOT mode to build sewage treatment plants is effective way to solve the pollution of Xiang River.
