摘要
文章从企业文化理论产生的时代背景出发,阐述了企业文化的定义、结构层次、构成因素以及企业文化的主要功能和作用,认为现代企业文化建设应坚持以人为本的原则。
This paper tracecs the historical backgroud for the development of the theory of corporate culture and expounds the definition, structure, constituents and primary function of corporate culture. It is held in the paper that the constuction of modem corporate culture should be people oriented.
