角膜塑形镜片的配戴依从性及影响因素 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨角膜塑形镜片配戴的依从性及其影响因素。设计回顾性病例调查研究。研究对象1999年2月至2005年4月门诊角膜塑形镜片配戴者470例(911眼)。方法相关内容用问卷和电话的方式调查,内容包括配戴者的一般资料、配戴开始时间、选择配戴的动机、停止配戴的时间、停止配戴的原因、停止配戴后矫正方式的选择。主要指标配戴原因、配戴时间、停戴时间、停戴原因、停戴后矫正方式。结果角膜塑形镜片配戴者选择该种近视矫正方式的原因,为提高裸眼视力者占23%,为控制近视者占14%,为体检目的者占48%,为降低近视度数者占15%。共283例配戴者停止配戴角膜塑形镜片,其中配戴3个月内停戴者99例(35.0%),半年内者28例(9.9%),1年内者42例(14.8%),2年内者98例(34.6%),2年以上者16例(5.7%)。停戴角膜塑形镜片后选择视力矫正方式,框架眼镜181例(64.0%),RGP镜片46例(16.3%)。结论角膜塑形镜片配戴者的动机、配戴的效果及媒体报道影响着镜片配戴的依从性。 Objective To study the compliance of lens wearing and its related factors in patients ongoing orthokeratology. Design Retrospective case investigated research. Participants Clinical data of 470 patients (911 eyes) ongoing orthokeratology from Feb 1999 to Apr 2005. Method Patients with orthokeratology were reviewed to study the compliance of lens wearing as well as to investigate the reasons of doing orthokeratology, onset time, time of cease, corrective method replacing with orthokeratology. Main Outcome Measures Wearing reasons, onset time, cease time, cease reasons, correct method after cease wearing. Results 23 % of patients ongoing orthokeratology aimed to increase unaid visual acuity, 14% of patients for controlling myopia development, 48% for passing special visual exam, 15% for reducing the degree of myopia. 283 patients with orthokeratology ceased wearing lens,99 patients in 3 months,28 patients in 6 months,42 patients in 1 year,98 patients in 2 years and 16 patients more than 2 years. The corrected methods for myopia replacing orthokeratology including spectacles ( 181 cases, 64.0 % ), RGP lens (46 cases, 16.3 % ). Conclusion The compliance of wearing orthokeratology lens is effected by reasons of choosing orthokeratology, success of wearing, report of media.
