摘要
从齿轮原理、相对运动和滞后现象等机理出发,阐述了非线性变速比转向器偏心齿扇副的运动规律,推导出主要几何参数之间的数学模型。从影响速比和啮合间隙变化的因素入手,通过对几种传动方案的分析,给出了合理可行的齿扇副传动方案。
Starting from the mechanisms such as gearing principle,relative motion and hysteresis phenomenon etc,the paper sets forth the rules of motion of eccentrical gear sector pair of nonlinear variable speed ratio steering gear and deduces out mathematical model between main geometrical parameters. Rational and feasible transmitting scheme of gear sector pair is then given by means of analysis of several transmitting schemes considering some factors affecting variations of speed ratio and gearing clearance.
