扩髓带锁髓内钉静力固定治疗四肢长管状骨肥大型骨不连

Treatment of hypertrophic nonunion of long-bone fracture in the limbs by internal fixation with static reamed interlocking intramedullary nail

目的探讨扩髓带锁髓内钉静力固定治疗四肢长管状骨肥大型骨不连的效果。方法对26例四肢长管状骨肥大型骨不连扩髓后应用带锁髓内钉静力内固定治疗。结果更换髓内钉的5例平均随访13个月,均愈合良好;余21例平均随访18个月,骨不连全部愈合。平均愈合时间为20周。结论扩髓带锁髓内钉静力固定是治疗四肢长管状骨肥大型骨不连的理想方法。

Objective To study the effect of internal fixation by static reamed interlocking intramedullary nail for hypertrophic nonunion of long-bone fracture in the limbs. Methods 26 cases with hypertrophic oonunion of long-bone fracture in the limbs were performed reamed interlocking intramedullary, nail static fixation. Results 5 cases with changing of interlocking intramedullary nail healed well in a mean follow-up of 13 months. And the healing rate of the other cases was 100% in a mean follow-up of 18 months. The average healing time was 20 weeks. Conclusions Static reamed interlocking intramedallary nail is ideal for the treatment of hypertrophic nonunion of longobone fracture in the limbs.
