摘要
目的探讨记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法应用不同型号的记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折、肱骨骨折、尺桡骨骨折、股骨骨折、腓骨骨折、掌骨骨折、跖骨骨折共120例。结果随访6～24个月,全部患者均获骨性愈合,关节功能恢复满意。结论记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢骨折,能恢复骨折的稳定性、完整性,手术操作简单,功能恢复佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of extremity fracture. Methods 120 eases of clavicular, humeral, ulnar, radial, femoral, fibular, metacarpal and metatarsal fractures were treated with variant memory alloy embracing fixators, Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 24 months. All got bony union, and the function recovery was satisfied. Conclusions It can restore the fracture stability and integrity in the treatment of extremity fracture with memory alloy embracing fixator, which requires simple manipulation and provide good functional recovery.
