摘要
目的探讨三七与黄芪注射剂对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法89例确诊2型糖尿病并肾病入院后静脉点滴NS 250 ml+三七注射液210 mg和NS 250 ml+黄芪注射液40 ml,各1次/d,连续治疗20 d。治疗前后各查一次24 h尿微量白蛋白(UAER)、空腹与餐后2 h血糖、肾功能(BUN、Cr、UA)等。结果治疗后的BUN、Cr、UAER等指标有明显下降(P<0.05);FBG、PBG、UA等指标的值虽然也有所下降但差别无统计学意义(P值>0.05)。结论使用黄芪与三七注射液的均能明显减少尿蛋白排泄。两药联用对2型糖尿病肾病有改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of herb injection of Sanqi and Huangqi on type 2 diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 89 patients with type 2 DN were treated with injection of Sanqi and injection of Huangqi respectively once a day （ for 20 day）. UAER, FBG, PBG, BUN, Cr and UA were detected before and after treatment. Results Bun, Cr, UAER obviously decreased after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. FBG, PBG, UA also decreased, but were of no significant difference. Conclusion Herb injection of Sanqi and Huangqi may be helpful to the treatment of Type 2 DN.
