摘要 企业文化在全球视域里被普遍关注,这是基于其共性,即它对企业发展的重要作用。企业文化也有其个性,即本土化特征。企业文化的本土化实质上就是企业的地域性、人文背景及历史文化积沉等因素所限定的结果。中国要进行企业文化本土化建设,应该研究中国特色的企业文化内涵,形成高凝聚力的企业核心价值观;认真研究企业文化的内在机制,通过严格的制度管理整合培育观念文化;跨文化企业可以通过建立共享文化,加强不同文化的沟通与融合。 The corporate culture is the sub - culture of the culture of society. So when we construct the corporate culture, we should not only fully absorb the essence of foreign corporate culture, but also consider the difference that different social system, social culture and the race traditions bring. The localization of corporate culture has the important function, but the localization shouldn't absolutely turn. The limits of national culture should be known and foreign culture shouldn' t be rejected but be learned. Constructing the localization of corporate culture, something should be done. The corporate culture content of Chinese special features should be studied, along with the core value highly enriched of agglomeration; The inside mechanism of the corporate culture should be studied and the culture of concept should be conformed through the strict system management; The cross-culture corporate can strengthen communication and inosculation among different culture though constructing the shared culture.
