摘要
目的分析浴室、美容院的女服务员(暗娼)艾滋病知晓率及高危行为。方法采用一对一问卷调查,采用EpiInfo统计软件对调查资料进行输入并分析。结果169例暗娼中,3个传播途径均明确知道的占7.69%;明确知道蚊虫叮咬、握手、共用劳动工具、一起吃饭等不会传播的占15.98%;对于防治知识调查问卷的问题无一人能全部正确回答。获得艾滋病防治知识的主要途径依次为电视、朋友、报纸杂志,而她们获得艾滋病防治知识一喜欢的主要途径依次为电视、医生、报纸杂志。有54.44%的人不愿与艾滋病病毒感染者或病人接触。高危行为调查:最近一次与客人发生性关系时使用安全套占46.15%;未用安全套占16.57%。在过去3个月与客人发生性关系时从未使用安全套占2.37%;有时使用占26.63%;每次使用占27.81%。2人一年内注射过毒品,但未共用注射器,占1.18%。讨论此类人群对艾滋病均有不同程度的了解,但均不够全面。电视为最受欢迎的宣传途径。在目前情况下尚须加强对此类人群的艾滋病知识宣传力度,提高此类人群的艾滋病知识的知晓率,大力推广安全套的使用。
Objective The present investigation was made to know the rate of AIDS knowledge and high risk behaviors of female servers working in bathrooms and beauty parlors. Methods A one-to-one questionnaire interview was administered and the data acquired were analyzed using the statistical software, Epi Info. Results Of 169 unlicensed prostitutes interviewed, those who were clear about the 3 transmission routes of AIDS accounted for 7.69%. And there were 15.98 of the interviewees who knew that the disease was not transmitted by mosquito bites, handshake, sharing instruments of labor and having meals together. None of the interviewed could correctly answer all the questions related to the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment. The main channels for them to get informed of knowledge about AIDS prevention and treatment were TV, friends, newspapers and magazines in turn. The routes through which they would like to acquire the knowledge were TV, doctors, newspapers and magazines in order. 54.44% of the interviewees expressed that they were unwilling to come into contact with HIV infected and AIDS patients. It was found in the investigation of high-risk behaviors that those who used condom in the latest sexual contact with a whoremonger accounted for 46.15%, with no use of condom constituting 16.57%. No use of condom in sexual contacts in the previous 3 months was found in 2.37% of the subjects with occasional use of it in 26.63% of them and use in every time of intercourse in 27.81% of them. There were two persons (1.18%) who used narcotic drugs within one year but did not share needles. Conclusion Females as servers in bathrooms and beauty parlors know about AIDS with different degrees but don't have comprehensive knowledge. TV is the channel they like best to promote the knowledge. Currently,there is still necessity to strengthen promotion of AIDS-related knowledge to increase the rate of AIDS knowledge among such population. And at the same time, use of condom is to be extensively popularized.
