椎体成形术和放射性粒子植入结合治疗椎体肿瘤 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨放射性粒子植入加椎体成形术治疗椎体转移瘤临床应用的可行性。方法共12例癌症发生椎体转移患者,男7例,女5例;年龄42~76岁(平均57.6);前列腺癌术后椎体转移4例,肺癌术后椎体转移5例,乳腺癌术后椎体转移2例,左肾癌术后椎体转移1例;均有明显的腰背部疼痛症状;病变部位:胸椎5例,腰椎7例;在C型臂监测下对12个椎体行放射性粒子植入加椎体成形术;术后随访3~22个月(平均11.3个月)。结果12例患者术后均未出现肺栓塞、神经损伤等并发症;未出现明显放射相关副作用。术后患者背部疼痛均明显减轻或消失,恢复正常活动。结论使用放射性粒子植入加椎体成形术治疗椎体转移瘤具有疗效高、创伤小、并发症发病率低等优点,是一种较好的微创治疗方法。 [Objective] To discuss the clinical practicability of radical seeds implantation and percutaneous vertbroplasty for the malignant cancer of vertebra. [Methods] 12 patients (7 males and 5 females) suffered from the malignant cancer of vertebra (4 prostate cancer, 5 lung cancer, 2 breast cancer and 1 nephric cancer) were treated with radical seeds implantation and percutaneous vertbroplasty under C-ann guidance (5 thoracic segment levels and 7 lumbar segment levels). All patients were followed up from 3 to 22 months (average 11.3 months). [Results] No clinically significant complications were found. Partial or complete pain relief was achieved in all patients associated with improved mobility. [ Conclusion ] The implantation of radical seed and percutaneous vertbroplasty is a valuable minimal invasive alternative procedure in treatment of the malignant cancer of vertebra and provides satisfactory pain relief and good result with less complication.
