摘要
首次对以稻草为原料制备人造棉工艺中操作因素的影响及产生的废液处理问题进行了探讨.结果表明最优操作条件:碱液浓度为1%(质量百分数),碱煮时间40min,固液比1∶30,自然晾干.对所产生的废液,可先作酸碱中和预处理,再进行氧化处理.
For the first time, the technology of producing artificial cotton from rice straw and the issue of treatment of the waste liquid is investigated. The results show that the optimal operation conditions involve 1% of alkali solution concentration, 40 minutes of soaking, 1/30 of rice straw/alkali solution and drying at room temperature. The waste liquid can be treated through oxidation following neutralization with acid.
