Governmental Capital Investment and Economic Indeterminacy

对Benhabib和Farmer的不确定模型做了部分修改,通过动态最优化的方法,得出了一个二维系统,并分析了系统的稳定性,结果表明:政府的过度投资将导致经济系统的不确定性.

Based on some previous research, this thesis makes changes in Benhabib and Farmer indeterminacy model. It get a two-dimension system by using the dynamic optimization, analyze the system＇s stability. The result shows that government＇s excessive investment often lead to the indeterminacy of economic system.
