2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理水平的相关性研究

Invesigation on Self-management and Self-efficacy of Patients with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理水平之间的关系。方法采用糖尿病自我效能量表和自我管理评估量表,以方便抽样方法调查139例门诊随访2型糖尿病患者。结果2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理水平普遍低下;2型糖尿病患者自我效能与自我管理呈正相关。结论加强健康教育,尤其注重患者自我效能与自我管理水平的提高,科学运用自我效能理论,设计和开展糖尿病自我管理健康促进项目,从而提高临床护理质量、提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A convenience sample of 139 patients with type-2 diabetes was investigated by diabetes self-efficacy scale （DSES） and Diabetes self- management scale （DSMS）. Results Both the level of self-efficacy and self-management of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus were low generally. Spearman relation analysis showed that the level of diabetes self-efficacy was positively correlated with the level of diabetes self-management. Conclusions Diabetes self-efficacy and self-management should be designed in health education programmer so as to elevate nursing quality and the quality of life of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus.
