本科护生培养模式的探索

Discussion of Educational Model of Nursing Undergraduate Students

针对我国本科护生培养模式的现状进行了分析,指出在课程设置、教学环节、实习安排、学生专业思想方面存在的问题,并提出改革措施:即从调整课程体系、采用交叉式教学模式、强化技能操作水平、调整实习安排等方面进行改革,以培养出专业思想稳定、专业知识扎实、实际工作能力强、受用人单位欢迎的高级护理人才。

Based on the analysis on present condition of our country＇s educational model of undergraduate nursing students. The paper pointed out the problems in the program arrangement, teaching process, clinical practice arrangement and students＇ special thought. Meanwhile, present reform, measures were put forward, which were included revising program system, taking crossed teaching mode, strengthening nursing skill training and regulating clinical practice arrangement in order to culture advanced nurses who have stable special thought, solid nursing knowledge and high working ability and are popular with the organizations.
