摘要
植物多酚具有抗氧化特性。莲藕中含有大量酚类物质,本文对莲藕多酚组分Ⅰ和组分Ⅱ抗氧化特性进行了研究。结果表明,莲藕多酚具有较强的自由基清除能力、总抗氧化能力和油脂抗氧化能力,是一种有开发价值的天然抗氧化剂。
There are plenty of polyphenol in lotus root, which possess antioxidant activity. Polyphenol fraction Ⅰ and fraction Ⅱ were investigated. The results show that they all have character of scavenging · OH, totalantioxidant activity, and lipid -antioxidant activity. Lotus root polyphenol is a promising natural antioxidant.
